A man named Seabrook, of Balladoran
was riding home on horseback yester-
day when he found his clothes afire,
and then discovered the saddle cloth
ablaze. He threw himself off the
horse, sustaining injuries. He was
picked up in a dazed condition and

HUSBAND AT FAULT.
Janet Penrose sought a dissolution of
her marriage with Thomas Henry Penrose,
on the ground of misconduct. Mr. T. A.
Braye appeared for petitioner, and there was
no appearance of respondent. Petitioner
stated that the marriage took place on
September 18, 1910, and the issue was two
children. Towards the end of last year res-
pondent left her, and on the night of Feb-
ruary 5 she followed him to a house in
Glebe, occupied by Mrs. Bessie Laird. He
went in at 8 o'clock, and did not come out
until 10.15 p.m. The same thing occurred
on the next Friday evening, when respond-
ent saw her following him and struck her.
Evidence was also given by Frederick Charles
Gray, private inquiry agent, relative to a
visit that he and petitioner made to a
house in Mayfield on July 24. His Honor
found the issues proved.
