afternoon, in Raglan street, when a sailor
was attacked by several others and terribly
knocked about. The fight apparently
originated through a dispute arising in a
boarding house close by. The language
used by the sailors and also some women was
a disgrace to the Borough. Unfortunately
no policemen was about, or a variety of
charges could have been laid against the
offenders.
