Mr. Norman Douglas Harper, an old
resident of the district, died this
morning at the residence of his son-
ln-law, Mr. Miller, HIgh Street, Ross
Hill. Mr. Harper, who was in his
64th year, was born at Barren Junc-
tion And had resided there, In the
Bingara district and latterly in In-
verell all his life, following the occu-
pation of general laborer. His wife,
ago, was Miss Elizabeth Turner, of
Blngara. There were 11 children of
