Re William LOGIE and his apparent "approved selection under pre-emption." While his rent was due on same in April 1850, there is no lasting evidence on either Boroondara or Prahran parish plans that Logie was successful in claiming preemptive right over land adjoining Allen's Creek. It was on Sept. 5, 1850, that Thomas HENDERSON purchased 273 acres of "Allen's Run" that is known today on the Boroondara parish plan as: Crown Portion 137B
