Brigadier-General Burston, (he Vice Chairman, basing returned from the front, resumed his seat on the Board, and Naval elected Chairman for the current year, and the Hon. Edward, Miller Vice

chairman.

The members of the staff on the bank's Roll of Honour number 124. Of these, 105 are still serving their country with the A.I.F. Four, mc regret to lay, have either been killed in action or died of

wounds; their names are:

Lieutenant REGINALD HENRY DARE. Corporal CYRIL KAUFMaNN CAMP.

Private ERNEST THOMAS KENNEDY. Private RinlARD THOMAS COOKE.

One has returned invalided, and eleven have rejoined lhe,Rank'ft service.

The Dividend will be payable in Melbourne on and after the 7th February, and at the branches

and in London on receipt of advices.

The transfer-books of the Company will be Closed from 24th January to 6th February, both days

inclusive
