After immense labour, and a series of narrow escapes from death by traps, he penetrates to a series of six amazing galleries, in one of which be finds a small temple wherein in the form of a beautiful woman under a glass dome. He calls in the aid of his friend Dr. Barry, and two proceed to lift the dome. When this is done Dr. Barry reanimates the woman by injecting certain fluids found in the temple.
