In response to repeated requests from farmers, pastoralists, school teachers, and others, we have decided to bring these up to date, group them into a series of chapters, and republish them week by week. This is not meant in any sense to be a scientific treatise on meteorology, but rather a popular guide for the average man who is interested in Australian weather signs and what they mean. ...
