THE INFALLIBLE REMEDY
HOLLOWAYS, OINTMENT.
Certain Cure for Sore Eyes. Copy of a lee
ter from Mr. Lorimer Fyson, of Mil
bourne, dated June,1854.
To Professor Holloway.
Sir,-I have much pleasure in giving
my testimony to the beneficial effect of
your Ointment and Pills. The hot winds pre.
valent here, during the summer, are very
prejudicial to the eyes, and cause a very
painful complaint, accompanied by a scald-
ing discharge therefrom, which too fre-
quently results in total blindness. An ac
qnuintance of min? had the misfortune to
tie a terrible sufferer from the malady, and
having a pot of your Ointment by me, I
persuaded him to apply a little of it where
he felt the soreness, merely to alleviate the
pain, (for I did not imagine for an instant
that it would remove tho complaint) He
called on me the next morning and I was
astonished at the difference caused by
that single application, the inflammation
had nearly disappeared, and after two more
dressings, was perfectly removed and never
returned. I have since recommended your
medicine to many others, and always with
perfect success. -You ure at liberty to maku
whntevc- isa you please of this testimonial,
and I shall be happy to confirm the same, if
requisite.
I remain, Sir your obedient servant,

Erysipelas, of eight years duration,
cured. Copy of a letter from George
Sinclair, Esq., of Goulhurnc, N, a.
Wales, dated 18th Julv, 1854.
To Professor Holloway.
Sir-I feel a pleasure and a pride In
bearing witness to the wonderful benefit
have derived by the use of your inestimable
Ointment and Pills. For eight year« I have
suffered unceasingly from attacks of erysi-
pelas; large purple blotches caine all over
my body, in addition to the unpleasant
feeling of ¡tcliingand burning, which affected
me both night and day, rendering life «mi-
sery to me,as well as to all around-so severe
«as the attack, that I used several reputed
remedies without deriving the least cessa-
tion to my sufferings ; at last, I determined
to try your Ointment and Pills, nnd aftci
takingthem for a few weeks a visible improve-
ment took place, and I felt considerably
better : in 3 months after continuing your
medicines 1 was completely cured, and
now enjoy the best ol health. The truth
of this statement is well known here, hence
there is no necessity for me to request
secrecy.
I am, Sir, your's respectfully
O. SINCLAIR.
Ulcers in the Leg, remarkable cure. Copy
of a letter from Mr Edward Tonkin
son of Campbell Town, N. S. Walis,
dated 4th May, 1854.
To Professor Holloway,
Sir-My slott-r, Miss Jane Tomkinson
suffered for a great number of years from
a bad leg, in which there «ere several
deeply seated and old wounds, defying
the «skill of some of the most eminent ot
tlie medical faculty. A variety of remedies
were also used unsuccessfully, and it
seemed to me that there was not anything
capable of mitigating tha agonies she
endured. At length, she had recourse
to your Ointment and Pills, and after using
them for about five weeks, she was com-
pletely cured, aftcr all other means had failed
to afford her the slightest relief. I have nu
objection to these facts being published, if
you feel disposed to make them known.

To Professor Holloway.
Sir.-Gratitude compels me to make
known to you the extraordinary benefit an
aged patient has derived from the use ol
your Pills. My mother was aiüicted for up-
wards of four and twenty yeurs with asthma
and spitting of blood, it was quite agony to
see her Biiffjr and hear her cough ; 1 have
often declared that I would give all I pos-
sessed to havi* her cared, but although I
paid alargd sum fur medicine and advice
it was K11 to no purpjse. About three
months ago, I thought perhaps your Pill
might benelit her, at all event* 1 resolved
to give the n a trial, which I did ; the
result was marvellous : by slow degrees my
mother became better, and after persevering
with your remedies for nine weeks', sie
was perfectly cured, and now enjoys the
best of healtn, although seventy-five
years of age.

strength in me than a child just horn. It
was then that I thought of trying your
Pills and immediately sent for a quantity,
and commenced using them. The result
I can scarcely credit even now, although
true it is. After using them for four weeks.
I fell much better, and by persevering with

waa completely cured. I have since enjoyed
the best of health.
