Bogle’s Creditors.
The adjourned meeting of creditors in the
eslato of Andrew Bogle, of Brisbane, gentle
man, was held at the offices of Messrs, Foxton
and Cardew, solicitors, yesterday afternoon.
In the absence of Mr. Barnett the lion. A. J.
Thynno was voted to the chair. The state
ment of affairs was as follows: — Unsecured
creditors, £3810 17s. 34.; creditors partly
secured, £11,906 155.; estimated value of
securities, £4400; balance still owing, £750G
ids.; creditors for ront, rates, &o., £100; total
debts, £10,953 128. 3d. Furniture, fixings,
and fittings at Witton, Indooroopilly, £150;
properly, £-100; total assets, £550. The causes
of insolvency were stated to be the depreciation
in the value of real property and the pressure
by creditors and losses. It was decided to
liquidato the estate by arrangement and not in
insolvency, and Mr. W. Robortsoh Strong was
appointed trustee. Two resolutions proposed
by Mr. Foxton,—" That tho debtor bo granted
his furniture,” and " That the debtor be
granted his discharge within one month, pro
vided the trustee file no objection"—were both
rejected. Messrs. Foxton and Cardew were,
intrusted with tho registration of the reso
lutions.
