Summary
  • Prime Minister, Tony Blair, has been touring South Wales trying to rekindle support for the Labour Party but he also is due to become a father once more and this is important to him. He will take some paternity leave to help his wife but does not want the event to become a media circus. Blair argues that he is not a control-freak but that Labour has to be seen as disciplined. He also denies that the party has forgotten about its traditional voters. However, he believes that change is a positive thing and is an important part of progress.
