  • stcoxgof is for use after estimation by stcox; see help stcox. Use of this command requires that you previously specified stcox's mgale() option. When used without options stcoxgof shows a two by ten table presenting the observed and expected numbers of events in each decile of risk. According to Hosmer &​ Lemeshow z-score and two-tailed p-value from standard normal distrubution are also tabulated. If plot option is given Arjas plots by quantiles of risk are displayed. This is version 1.3.0 of the software.
