Summary
A biographical novel about Wacvie Mussingkon, the author's father. In 1863 Wacvie was kidnapped from a village in the New Hebrides (now Vanuatu) and sold as a slave to a sugar plantation in Queensland. Here he fought to gain control over the pattern of his life so distorted by captivity. An animated cartoon spoof of television news.
