Focuses on the Caribbean coastline area of Belize. Here the second longest barrier reef in the world protects the coastline from the onslaught of the ocean waves. The delicate balance which regulates life on the barrier reef is being seriously threatened by irresponsible fishing practices and disrespectful tourism. The program examines efforts to balance the economic and social benefits of tourism while preserving the fragile environment.
