Summary
Bob, a production manager of a medium sized manufacturing company. He has reservations about structured management systems in OH&S. He believes they are very time consuming to implement and he is doubtful of their worth. At present he uses a 'fix things as they go wrong' approach to OH&S but this is not working for him. Under his 'system' he continues to have significant and costly OH&S issues. He decides to see what other organisations are doing. This leads him to Merck Sharp & Dohme and AMP.
