Summary: A personal film essay by Fionn Skiotis and Lisa Horler which combines documentary images with a fictional narration. It follows the travels of a Greek Australian man through Greece, who crosses the border into Turkey to avoid military service. His impressions and relections on the social and political legacy he confronts in both countries, and the impact these revelations have on his own identity as a Greek Australian, are narrated in a series of video letters to a friend back home in Australia. Off-air, SBS, 48 min.
