Summary
Claris, a new software spinoff company owned by Apple Computer, will not market the HyperCard program for Apple but will market all other new programs. The HyperCard program will be bundled with Macintosh micros. The HyperCard program is an extremely sophisticated programming environment for the user that serves as a graphics database. The availability of HyperCard, which is classified as systems software by Apple, without charge will result in less competition for the development of hypertext software.
