Notes
  • By this paper I have tried to figure out why the pharmaceutical medicines get to hard in Bangladesh though Bangladesh practice TRIPS waiver. As a member of least- developed country, Bangladesh has a transitional period until 1st January 2016 to bring its patent regime with TRIPS by granting patent protection for pharmaceutical medicines. Bangladesh is gratified to have in place already for pharmaceutical medicines patents. That means TRIPS is waiver in public Health Care in Bangladesh. Work is still under way to make the necessary amendments to implement TRIPS obligation.
