The Senate Community Affairs References Committee recently submitted two reports on petrol sniffing in Indigenous communities: "Grasping the opportunity of Opal: Assessing the impact of the Petrol Sniffing Strategy", in 2009, and its companion report, "Beyond petrol sniffing: Renewing hope for Indigenous communities", in 2006. This document presents the Australian Government's response to the recommendations of both reports.
