A speech made on the occasion of Sir John's 90th birthday at a gathering of family and friends. The theme of Sir John's speech is the description and stories surrounding the genera, places, streets and buildings which commemorate the Cleland name. Sir John repeats the story about his meeting with Governor Grey (see also OH 81/1) and also refers to the Fullarton family connection.
