A history of the Victorian Parliamentary Library the second oldest library in Victoria, tucked away at the rear of Parliament House and technically closed to members of the public. It remains one of Melbourne's lesser known treasures where over the last 150 years it has served 1565 members of 54 Victorian parliaments.
