Half of the material consists of letters written by James B. Scott to his family and to his colleagues, mostly members of the Workers' International Industrial Union and the labor movement. Included are some letters written to Scott. The balance of the material consists of letters from Arthur Bullard to Colonel Edward M. House and correspondence between Lincoln Concord and Colonel House and Colcord and President Wilson.
