Address to the 2002 ACOSS Congress: " Since 1993 we have had national legislation against disability discrimination. In some parts of Australia there was similar State legislation some years earlier. How has that changed our community? ... after ten years it is time for some assessment of what has been achieved, and what remains to be achieved, in eliminating disability discrimination.".
