  • Report of a Mr. Davidson professing to be a disciple of a person named Dilks, who has been in Ohio for two years previously. Report taken from the Philadelphia Gazette, citing the Connecticut Mirror which in turn is citing the Burlington, Vt. Sentinel. Mr. Davidson claims that Dilks is the Almighty, that Jesus Christ is a woman, that the Millennium is to take place in 1832, and that everyone should gather to Philadelphia. Report of this activity evidently confused with other reports of "Mormonite" preaching.
