Summary
  • The Today & Tomorrow Research Program was developed by UnitingCare Burnside to build the skills and capacity of children and young people to undertake research, reflect, and present their ideas in ways that are meaningful to them. The Program consisted of 19 sessions on basic research methods, with individual support from adult facilitators. Nine young people participated in the pilot program. This report presents the methodology and findings of an evaluation of the Program, which looked at participants' experiences of the Program, development of both research and life skills, the impact on wellbeing, and the views of adult stakeholders.
