Summary
  • "In January 2010 the Division of Local Government, Department of Premier and Cabinet (the Division), surveyed councils and council managed collaborative arrangements to update its database of collaborative arrangements in NSW. The Division also sought to obtain the views of councils about the factors that support collaborative arrangements as a way of meeting community needs. This report details the results of the survey, and identifies a range of strategies that aim to further strengthen collaborative arrangements between councils."--Introduction.
