Summary
The data was collected by transect based photo frame quadrant point intercept method using a hand held GPS system and underwater digital camera. Photographic images were analyzed using Coral Point Count with Excel extensions (CPCe) software. CPCe output were analyzed using MS Excel. Satellite and aerial Imagery were analyzed using ERDAS IMAGINE image analysis software. GIS layers were manipulated and visualized using ArcGIS software. Map files were created using ArcGIS software. Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) was used to produce final maps and reports.
