The increasing globalization of commercial and financial markets has created a vast pool of resources for investment, economic growth and social advancement. At the same time, as in evident in the financial turmoil that took place in Southeast Asia in mid-1997. The crisis spread to the others countries of the world very fast. These crises can not be understood as a traditional monetary crisis but it has been much more drastic and complex than it could be at the first glance.
