  • Les difficultes actuelles que connaissent les marches du travail dans les pays developpes, et tout particulierement en Europe, ont relance le debat sur la flexibilite : depuis le theoreme de Stolper-Samuelson, de nombreuses tentatives ont ete faites pour mesurer l'impact, qualitatif comme quantitatif, du commerce international sur les salaires des non-qualifies au Nord. Plus precisement, l'accroissement des flux commerciaux entre Nord et Sud a souleve le probleme de savoir si les systemes sociaux actuels, heritage des trentes glorieuses, etaient devenus insoutenables dans le long terme.
