At the Police Court at Geralton J. F.
Arthur Cutts, a priest of the Church of
England, was charged on remand from
dealing with Constance Wright, a girl
under 16 year of age.
The girl's mother and stepfather de-
posed that after obtaining information
from the girl they taxed Cutts with the
offence. He admitted it and apologised.
Cutts admitted the charge, and under the
new procedure of the criminal code, was
committed for sentence at the quarter
session.
