POLICE BEYOND THE BOUNDARIES.

His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint the following persons to be Chief Constables at the places mentioned in connexion with their respective names, viz. : Eden, Mr. William M'Faul; Cooma, Mr.

Charles Walters ; Albury, Mr. John M'Evan ; Deniliquin, Mr. Patrick Treacy; Binalong, Mr. John Fitzpatrick; Molong, Mr. Joseph Fleming ; Tamworth, Mr. David Lundon ; Pockatordo, Mr. James Noakes ; Wellingrove, Mr. David McGrain ; Cambooya, Mr. John McIllum ; Canning Downs, Mr. Thomas McEvoy ; McLeay River, Mr. John Thomas; Grafton, Mr. Daniel M'Kay ; Cassino, Mr. William Kendall; Ipswich, Mr. W.Moore; Cress-brook, Mr. Samuel Mason.
