Cases at Carlton.

Before Mr T B Made, PM, and Mr W Carden, JP, at the Carlton Court on Tuesday Thomas Cole, of Meston street, Brunswick, Hugh McKay, of IncV. street, Coburg, and Thomas Crow 19, of Mitchell street Brunswick, were each charged with having driven a motorcycle at a speed which was dangerous to the public. Cole was fined 5s, and his license was suspended for two months, McKay and Crowley were each fined

Ronald Don, of Glenlyon-road East Brunswick, and Lawrence Bobbie of Church street Hawthorn, were each charged with having driven a motor car at a speed which was dangerous to the public Don was fined 30, and it was ordered

that his license be endorsed. Robbie was fined 40/.

Frank Mullins, of Newman street. Brunswick, was charged with having, while the driver of a motor-car, when overtaking a tram about to stop to allow passengers to alight, failed to reduce his speed so as to be able to stop in case of grass gency. He was fined £2, and his license was endorsed.

William Wilson, of Hope street. Brunswick, and Francis Archibald, of Campbell place. Coburg were each charged with having, while the driver of a vehicle, failed to permit another vehicle travelling in the same direction to pass on the right side. Archibald was fined 40/ and Wilson 20.
