ON THE GROUND AND IN THE AIR young RAAF trainees are learning to be pilots at an elementary flying training school at Benalla, which is one link in the great chain extending over Great Britain, Australia, Canada, and Rhodesia, to turn out highly skilled air crews under the Empire Air Training Scheme, fourth anniversary of which will fall on Monday.
