This photograph, taken early in 1925, shows the preliminary work in connection with the building of the workshops at Milson's Point. The covered arcade leading to the old Milson's Point Ferry Wharf (subsequently pulled down) stands out in the left upper corner; the entrance to Circular Quay is shown on the right, and in the foreground is the actual site whereon the workshops were erected. Now that the bridge is built they are, in accordance with a definite promise made at the initiation of the work, being dismantled and ... [ILLUSTRATED]
