82 "PERTH" SURVIVORS RELEASED
Names Announced
Official advice has been received that 82 of the personnel of HMAS Perth have been recovered from Jap-anese hands. It is believed that apart from three of these, who are at present in Japan, the remainder are now in India. This number in-cludes Lieut-Commander (S) Ralph Frank Marston Lowe, RAN, of Vic-toria. Of the 81 ratings, two are from England and the remainder from various Australian states. Next of kin of all of these personnel have been notified, and a similar proce-dure will be followed with any other names received from official sources. Names of the released men are:
