OBITUARY

Mrs. F. W. Rymill

Mrs. F. W. Rymill, who had given many years of service to the community, died last week. Mrs. Rymill had devoted much of her time to furthering the interests of South Australian country women. She was the first State secretary of the Country Women's Association. She was awarded the O.B.E. for her services to the community.

Mrs. Rymill was vice-president and acting president of the National Council of Women. A keen supporter of the Liberal and Country League, Mrs. Rymill was for some time a member of the executive committee. She was also a member of the Lyceum Club committee and of the Board of Directors of Girton School for Girls, and among her other active interests were those of St. Peter's College Mission, the Queen Victoria Maternity's Hospital, Norwood Girl Guides, and the East Torrens branch of the Mothers and Babies' Health Association.
