"MOMBA STATION."

Momba, a really high-class property with splendid improvements, one of the best stations in the western division of New South Wales, is to be offerred by auc- tion, under instructions from the pro- prietors, at Broken hill, on April 29, by Messrs. Da'gety & Co. and Messrs. Ben- nett & Fisher, in conjunction. The area

is 1,400,000 acres, divided into five lots, to be sold in the following order:—Mount Muchison, 336,000 acres; Momba, 658,000 acres; Purnanga, 381,000 acres; Hamilton, 10,240 acres; and Capons, 10,117 acres; W.L. leases expiring June, 1943. The station is in excellent heart and conveniently situated in relation to Wil-cannia. The enquiry for sound sheep-carrying properties is increasing daily, and this subdivision of Momba affords intend-ing purchasers an opportunity which rarely presents itself. There could be 100,000 sheep pastured, so that with the high values ruling for wool, with every likeli-hood of going higher, sheep prices firm, and the fact that the proprietors have de-cided to sell, the auctioneers confidently recommend inspection. Further particu-lars may be obtained from our advertise- ment columns or the auctioneers.
