THE DEPARTURE.

To-morrow morning at 10.30 their Royal Highnesses will leave Government-house and drive to William-street Jetty, where they will embark upon the Manx Fairy, and proceed by river to the South Quay, Fremantle. Upon tho quay their Royal Highnesses will receive an address from the Mayor of Fremantle. The school children of the district of Fremantle will bo assambled on the quay,

and will sing the National Anthem. Her Royal Highness will christen the quay as the "Victoria Quay." Their Royal Highnesses will then walk to tho jetty, and proceed on board H.M.S. Ophir. If the weather is unfavorable it is proposed that their Royal Highnesses should proceed by rail to Fremantle. 1 p.m.— Lunch on board H.M.S. Ophir. 2 p.m.— Departure of H.M.S. Ophir. 7.30 p.m. to 10 p.m.— Illuminations. In connection with the departure, the Public Works Department announces that the old footbridge at North Fremantle will bo closed to all traffic to-morrow.
