tion picture producer, said it was possible to produce pictures in Australia at a small cost, and artists could bo found in Australia that could equal if not surpass American, artists. The speaker said .he had just completed his first picture on environment and.it had cost him only £4000. He added he could produce films in Australia equal to the standard Of American pictures for considerably less than £4000, and, further, that all artists on his film wore Australian.
