Laidiaw & Co. report having eScc'ed Bales, amounting to £70,000, of the following properties privately and by public auction during May :-On account of Mr. Ernest Falkenborg to Mr. Patrick Balkin, of Hamilton, his farm of 43 1/2 acres, being part of Allot 2, Sec. 15, parish of Yulecart, situate on the Violet Creek, for £12 per acre. On account of Mr. D. Cumeron, MacArlliur, to Mr. Chas. Bourko, his farm of 49 acres, with comfortable dwelling, beiDg Allot 2F, Sec 4. Pariah of Ardonachie, at £10 per acre. On account of Mr. Stuart Cowan, of Trangie, his farm at Condah, containing 220 acres of freehold land, with houso and 8'a'les, to Mr. E. A Kurize of Condah, at a satisfactory price. Carty, the well-known Eutneralla West estate, comprising 4,050 acres of dairying and fattening land, abutting on the township of Macarthur; an J in conjunction with Messrs Archiba'd MacFarlane and Co., Warrnam^ool, we re-sold it again at auction on accou'it of Mr, R. T, Carty, in 60 lotB, every lot seliing at the splendid average of £8 per acre, soma of it realising £30 per acre. Total sales, £69,177.
