COLONIAL SECRETARY'S OFFICE, AUGUST 14.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint the Rev. James Farrell, Colonial Chaplain, to be a member of the Board of Trustees for the management of the Cemetery in Adelaide.-By his Excellency's command.
