'Queanbeyan Railway Opening.

On Thursday, September 8, the official opening of the railway line from Bungendore to Queanbeyan took place. Tho train conveying the Ministers of Works, Lands, and Justice, and about '400 other persons, arrived at Bungendore from Sydney at 8 30 a.m. on September 8, after having remained some hours at Goulburn. A congratulatory address having been presented and acknowledged, the Ministerial party visited Lake George, a fine sheet of water twenty-five miles long and seven miles wide.
