The work is a drama -tic jewel, the like of. which, for forcefulness of action; exquisite -beauty of scenery, strength of cast and chirac -terisation, pourtrayal and perfection in photographic effects, has - not only never been surpassed, but bas rarely, if ever, bean equalled. ¡ john Galloway, one-time . .criminal, ? who is. released from gaol after hav -ing served his sentence. He rescues Lady Northon. from a roadway ruffi -an, and because she tells him that for. all his past "a man's a man for all that," and shows her belief in him, he determines to lead a new life. His old associates, however, gather round him, making bis resolution difficult of execution. Particularly does the passionate devotion of "Yellow Bose" appeal to him. A big bank robbery is proposed and the plans made. At the last moment 'John refuses to commit the'"crime, but "Yellow Rose" carries it out and hides the stolen papers. John is blamed, and tile gang's hid -ing place raided. In a series of thrilling scenes, the principals effect their escape and reach another town. John "makes good" and renews his acquaintance «with Lady Northon. Delightful scenes ensue. But retribution is m at hand. "Yellow Rose" comes to the rescue and in a wonderful act John is freed from suspicion' and further molestation. Another interesting item is. "Everybody's Doin" It," fea -turing Miss Ethel Turner in the most wonderful laugh-raiser of the dayfounded on the "well-known comic song.
