CAMERA EYE

MELBOURNE, Monday. - Speed rcl ords with tile camera eye were broken nt .mornington on Saturday. Negatives of films of four finishes were ready for in-spection 35 seconds after the horses had passed the post. A week earlier fastest production time wa« 55 seconds.

Leading racing clubs in all States are in-tensely interested in the magic eye experi-ment made at the CN. meeting. The A.J.C. has written lo the inventors, Messrs Athol Shmith and B. A. Pearl, telling of its interest in thc work afc Flemingtou.

Results obtained at the G.N. meeting will be placed before members of tho V.R.C. committee at its next meeting.
