TOYS FOR BRITAIN. A meeting will be held in Scots Hall tonight to decide on a plan of action in connection with the Lord Mayor's appeal for Christmas toys for the bomb-stricken children of Britain. Those who cannot work can give, and arc asked to get into' touch with Rev. C. WV. T. Headen as early as possible, as the toys must leave for Melbourne by the end of next month to be in time for delivery in England by Christmas.
