Paddle Steamer Weeroona. The paddle steamer Weeroona may not resume her bay picnic trips when she in released from the special duty on which she is now employed. The owner. Bay Steamers Ltr., has gone into liquidation. Built in Glasgow, the Weeroona kept up her 72-mile trip around the Bay for 33 years, during which time she travelled 206,990 miles, on 2774 voyages, and carried 3,030,508 passengers. Three of her four cap-tains retired, and have since died. The Weeroona was never involved in a collision.
