this Company will be held at the Stag's Head, Fremantle, on Tuesday, the 23d November, at One o'clock precisely, for entering into the accounts, and, also, the consideration of the propriety of memorali zing Her Majesty's Secretary of State for the Colonies, for granting the Company the fee-simple of the land presented to the Company by Sir James Stirling.

been done on the Island.

To Captains of vessels who may wish to take wood, water, and ballast, from the Island, a written permission will be given on payment of the following charges ; and Captains are requested not to allow their crew to set fire to the Island, as they will be held responsible—
