Shooting Accident. On Monday night, whilst out shooting rabbits near the old cemetery, a man named ]lenry Beaton, of Coleraine, met with an accident which might easily have been attended with fatal results. lie was getting through the inevitable fence when the rifle (a Winchester) dischargcd, the bullet entering his foot. The sufferer was taken to the public hospital and attended to by Dr. Niven, who found it necessary to anmputate two of the toes. The pa. tient is now progressing favorahly.
