SALE OF TOWN ALLOTMENT.

NOTICE is hereby given, that on Wednes-

day, the 26th of February next, at Twelve o'Clock the Sub-Collector of Revenue at Albany will offer for Sale by Public Auction the undermentioned Building Allotment, subject to the existing Regulations, viz. :—

Albany Building Allotment B 34. For further particulars, reference to be made to the Surveyor-General and Collector of Revenue.

TENDERS in Triplicate will be received at

this Office on Monday, the 30th of Decem-ber, at Twelve o'Clock, from such persons as may be willing to grind 1,000 Bushels of Wheat for the Commissariat Department. The Wheat to be taken from, and the Flour and Bran returned to, high-water mark opposite the Commissariat Store. The Tenders to express the Price per Bushel of 60lbs., and the quantity of 20 per Cent. Flour and

Bran to be returned therefrom.

Two Sureties will be required for the due com-pletion (within a specified time) of the Tender.

SEALED Tenders in Triplicate (marked

Tenders for Fresh Meat) will be received at this Office on Monday, the 23d December, at Twelve o'Clock, from such person or persons who may be willing to supply Fresh Meat (Mutton or Beef) for the use of Her Majesty's Troops for three months certain from the first of January,

1840, in such quantities as may from time to time be required at the following Stations, viz. :—

Perth, Upper Swan, Pinjarra, Kelmscott, Mahoga-

ny Creek, York, Dale, and Williamsburgh,

The price per pound to be stated in figures and words at length ; and two sufficient sureties will be required for the due performance of the Contract.
