Church, Brunswick, by the Rev C. P. M. Bardin, James, eldest son of James Osborne, of Merton, Elsternwick, to Kate Ormerod, fourth daughter of the late T. J. Sumner, of Stony-park, Brunswick.

Deaths.

CASHIN.—On the 15th inst., at his residence, No. 25

Lytton-street, Carlton, Joseph, the dearly-beloved husband of Ellen Cashin, aged 22 years.

COOPER.—On the 16th inst., at her late residence,

Cressy, Cotham-road, Kew, Emma, the dearly beloved wife of J. A. Cooper, aged 40 years, after a painful illness. Birmingham papers please copy.

HARTY.—On the 12th inst., at her parents' residence,

Conolly-street, Echuca, Mary, beloved daughter of J. and M. A. Harty, aged 22 years. R.I.P.

HENDERSON.—On the 15th inst., at the residence of

her mother, Gaol quarters, Victoria-street, Mel-

bourne, Victoria Agnes (Queenie), the third beloved daughter of the late Mr. Joseph H. Henderson, late of Glasgow, aged 9 years. Glasgow and Dundee papers please copy.

HODGSON.—On the 13th inst., at her son's residence,

St. Arnaud, Catherine, the beloved wife of John Hodgson, sen., late of Swanwater, aged 66.

KLAWS.—On the 14th inst., at 57 Lord-street, Rich-

mond, son of William Herman Klaws, aged 2

months.

LOUGHNAN.—Of your charity pray for the repose of

the soul of Marion Loughnan, relict of the late Captain J. M. Loughnan, who departed this life at Hunthawang, Hillston, N.S.W., on 14th July, in her 77th year, fortified by all the rites of Holy Church. R.I.P.

MACLEAN.—On the 10th inst., at Cecil-street, Williams-

town, David Duncan, child of Dr. H. R. Maclean, aged 1 year 8 months.

WATT.—On the 16th inst., at 2 Redan-street, St. Kilda,

Charles Watt, of the firm of Charles Watt and Co., 48 Queen-street, Melbourne, aged 72. Deeply re-gretted.

In Memoriam.

PEARSON.—In sad and loving remembrance of our

dear mother, who departed this life at Callentina, Hawthorn, on the 17th day of July, 1877. Also, our dear father, died November 20, 1888, age 58

WATT.—In memoriam, John Watt, (late of Commer-

cial Bank), who died at 164 Collins-street east, on 17th July, 1888 aged 75 years.
