'DIGGERS IN BLIGHTY.'

Pat Hanna's Venture.

Alfred Firth, the well known southern comedian, Is to make his screen debut In 'Diggers in Blighty,' Pat Kanna has surrounded himself with

a strong cast for his talking picture which has gone Into production at the Efftee studio in Melbourne. Joe Valli, who toured with Pat Hanna for eight years as comedy support, has come specially from West Australia to appear in the film. George Moon, who was prominent in the original 'Diggers.' Is also well supplied with comedy opportunities. Others in the long cast include Field Fisher, Edwin Brett, Thelma Scott, Nellie Mortyne, Prudence Staughton, Guy Hastings, D'Arcy Kelway, Iza Crossley, John Darcy, Norman French, Norman Shepherd and Ernest Kopke. The action of the film begins in France and later transfers to London, Pat Hanna Is producing the picture with Raymond Longford as associate director. ?
